School in Purok Sais

One of the best ways we have found to earn the trust and respect of the people in these small communities is to help their children. Our goal in Purok Sais is to help fund a school and feeding program. We will start in July with 30 kids, that's 15 in preK and15 in kindergarden. Next year we will add 1st grade and keep adding grades until we have a complete school pre-K through 6th grade.

Most of these kids will never get any kind of formal education. They have very little money for food much less for books. This is a great opportunity to reach this community with the Gospel and help educate the kids. The cost to educate and feed 30 kids is $750.00 per month. Land for the School In Purok Sais

Our goal in Purok Sais is to have a school building that will accommodate grades pre-K through 6th grade. We have found a piece of land with a clear title that will work. It's 150 sq. meters and there is a possibility to buy the land next to it also. They are asking $10,000.00 for the land which is a good price, and it's in a good location for the school/church.
